Hello beautiful people!

I'm a SAHM(Stay-At-Home Mom) with a 4 year old(who's on the spectrum and has a speech delay) and a dare devil 2 year old! Being a mom is a beautiful thing but extremely exhausting especially when your husband work 10 plus hours 6 days a week like mine does. I found myself wanting to workout and get back in shape and just overall be healthy but time was always an issue(and still is on some days).

I've experienced anxiety, stress, depression...getting my body to move has honestly been a lifesaver. Positive living, positive thoughts, positive vibes...that's what I believe all of us should practice. I make an effort to find at least 10 or 15 minutes to workout. It has been such a great help to just get those "good feel" hormones up and going. We take care of everyone else, it's time we take care of ourselves first and foremost.

I strongly believe that no matter what size we are, we should always feel beautiful and confident in anything we wear. I know when we're working out we want to feel comfortable and even sexy! No matter what your personal preference is, I hope you find what you're looking for here at CURVY 2 FITT.
